If you’re in the mood for comedy, the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater hosts the best improv in New York. The UCB theater has many different shows at a low price, and many of them often feature famous comedians.
Go to a museum
For art lovers, the Museum of Modern Art is a place not to be missed. The collection has a large menagerie of famous works, including Van Gogh’s Starry Night. It’s $25 to get in, unless it’s a Friday night when it’s free from four to eight!
Immerse yourself in American and world history at the Tenement Museum. These restored apartments provide a glimpse into the daily life of immigrants in the mid-1800s.
Try amazing foods
Whether you’re grabbing a donut at Peter Pan Bakery or a slice of the famous New York pizza at Prince Street Pizza, New York’s food scene will keep you busy!
Katz’s Delicatessen is a famous Jewish deli that was featured in the movie When Harry Met Sally. You can go get a huge pastrami sandwich and sit at the same table as seen in the movie!
